I just got back from my doctor’s appointment, and it seems to be all good. So I will be back soon enough, even though I still have a couple of days to fully recover. According to our protocol I need at least four more days until I can play a game, and then I will be able to play again.

  • Tomorrow, light running and cardio work.
  • Thursday, harder running and cardio work.
  • Friday, full cardio and running.
  • Saturday, practise with no contact.
  • Sunday, full practise.

All this things needs to be done without me getting any of the symptoms back, and if that goes I will be back. Sadly I will miss our two first games against other teams, but at least I do not miss any of the real games.
