This morning at practice I felt a real improvement in conditioning, yet there is still a lot to improve. We did the same running exercise as two weeks ago, and this time I did not feel like I needed to vomit. I even ran a little bit longer than last time. It is sweet to really be able to see an improvement in practice, but as I said before there is still room for improvement.

Today I will go and tailgate with a couple of friends, and I will bring my camera and take some exclusive video footage.

Than later tonight, I will go to practise and play some beautiful soccer, dammit I just love that game.
